Simulating Operational Complexities: An Experiential Exercise with Laundry
Responding to change has become a critical workforce competency and an essential skill for effective leadership and management. As part of this experiential exercise, participants perform tasks associated with running a laundry facility. Participants search and retrieve product, complete operational processes, and react to customer requests. Participants must collaboratively work in a group and critically think and respond to customer demands in a fast-faced, competitive, and challenging environment to successfully achieve objectives.
