Despite efforts made by governments worldwide, employers continue to be reluctant when it comes to diversifying and including persons with disabilities (PwDs) in their workforce. This study analyses evidence associated with the role played by external service providers in facilitating the development of inclusive employment experiences and reducing the risk of conflict and discrimination against PwDs. The conceptual framework is the result of a systematic review of evidence using a thematic analysis to synthesize primary research. The results provide significant implications for policy-makers as well as managers committed to diversifying their workforce while reducing risk of conflict and discriminatory behavior.
