This is a second case on FTP. The case will develop students financial calculations skills as well as will drive a discussion on motivation, performance evaluation and other management aspects at a high-street bank. Students will practicise in applying 3 different Funds Transfer Pool Methods to the same primary data. They will also discuss pros and cons for each method practical implementation – from financial evaluation and from business administration perspectives, - and to discover potential conflict of interest between central Treasury and branches. This case shows how financial data calculations can drive performance and add to personnel motivation.
